Sales Supervisor
Purpose of Position
Trains and coaches Sales Agents to maximize sales performance, revenue and overall productivity. Works with SBU Manager to determine specific development and needs of team / clients to optimize performance metrics.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Evaluate current sales environment, accountability systems, and agent sales skills
• Develop and implement sales strategies including scripting, ongoing training and advanced sales skills
• Increase sales metrics
• Must be able to identify trends and provide analysis
• Aid management in coaching sales skills to agents
• Possess strong motivational skills; able to drive performance in all types of people and personalities
• Monitor and track current sales and quality trends
• Monitor and evaluate agent sales skills
• Proactively develop solutions and recommendations to improve performance and/or effectiveness of client’s programs
• Thrives as team player in a fast paced, high-energy, change-orientated environment
• Strong understanding of rankings, conversion, attendance, etc
• Meet and/or exceed all client objectives
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
• Responsible for maintaining and tracking all key performance indicators
• Manage daily functions of the team and work closely with project manager on guidelines and next steps to success
• Be aware of what is going on within the team
• Establish high morale and motivation with the team
• Understand goals and objectives, either personal or professional, with the team
• Identify and work with all agents to create and build a career
• Ability to work with Operations staff and Client Services in a professional and productive manner
• Regularly 6 hours of phone time per month
• Acknowledge success no matter how big or small it is!

Position Requirements / Experience
• 1-2 years previous call center experience in a supervisor capacity
• Sales/performance driven personality
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goal
• Must be analytical and understand statistics / metrics


Education
• College experience preferred

Work Environment
General office environment
Extended time typing and staring at computer monitor
May require extended periods of sitting or standing
